Next Steps
There are several ways to continue your Aeon journey.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore or ready to apply, choose the next step that’s right for your family.
1. Get to Know Aeon
Our virtual events give students and parents different ways to experience Aeon, meet our community, and get their questions answered.

Virtual Info Session (Recommended)
45 minutes | Parent + Student
Get an inside look at how learning works at Aeon. Explore Aeon’s focused, discussion-driven academic experience, from small seminar-style classes and a clear curriculum to set projects and deliverables and greater independence outside of class. We’ll also cover college preparation, tuition, and the admissions process, with time for questions along the way.

Coffee with Leadership
45 minutes | Parent Only
Go deeper into the thinking behind Aeon. Join School Director, Zack Boboth, and other prospective parents for a casual conversation about Aeon’s academic philosophy, the kind of students who thrive with a clear academic path, and how Aeon approaches independence, intellectual growth, and preparation for college. Bring your questions and hear directly from the person leading the school.
2. Still Have Questions?
Admissions Q&A Call (15-minutes)
Have a question specific to your family or student? Schedule a quick 15-minute follow up call with our Admissions Team to talk through anything that wasn’t covered during our events or to get additional guidance as you consider your next steps.

3. Ready to apply?
Applications are now open for January 2027 and August 2027. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, in the order they are completed.
You don’t need to attend every event before applying. If Aeon feels like the right fit for your student, you can get started whenever you’re ready.
Here’s what you’ll need to complete your application:
- Application Fee: A $50 application fee is required. If your student is offered admission and enrolls, the fee will be applied toward tuition.
- Parent/Guardian Application: Share background information about your student and family.
- Student Application: Your student will tell us more about their academic background, interests, and critical thinking skills.
- Academic Records: Upload unofficial academic records from the past 1–2 years.
- Teacher Evaluation: An academic teacher who knows your student will provide insight into their academic and personal development.
- Additional Supplements (Optional): Families are welcome to submit additional materials that help us get to know their student, such as letters of recommendation, portfolio work, writing samples, or individualized learning plans. We also accept the SSAT and Character Skills Snapshot.
- Student Interview: A 30-minute Zoom conversation with a member of our Admissions Team, giving us an opportunity to get to know your student beyond their application.
- Flexible Tuition Program Application (Optional): Families demonstrating financial need may apply for Aeon’s Reduced Tuition Program as part of the admissions process.
4. Admissions Decision
Once your student’s application is complete, it will be carefully reviewed by our Admissions Committee, taking into consideration everything your family and student have shared throughout the process.
Families can typically expect an admissions decision within two weeks of completing their application file.
